Step 1 - Open Spybot Search and Destroy Website, click Download Latest Version (69.91 MB)

Step 2 - Close the ad POP-UP

Step 3 - Run the installer that appeared in the lower left corner.

Step 4 - Click Run.

Step 5 - Choose the language and click OK.

Step 6 - Select the option "...installing Spybit for personal use, and will decide later." and click Next.

Step 7 - Select the option "I want to be protected without having to attend to it myself" and click Next

Step 8 - Select the "I accept the agreement" option and click Next.

Step 9 - Click Install.

Step 10 - Click Finish.

Step 11 - Click on Immunize.

Step 12 - Click on Check system.

Step 13 - Click Apply immunization.

Step 14 - After completing, close the "Immunization".

Step 15 - Click on Scan system.

Step 16 - Click on Clean up, Update and Disable these cookies.

Step 17 - After completing the procedures on the Update and Disable these cookies tabs, close the System Scan tab and click Scan system again.

Step 18 - Click Start a scan.

Step 19 - Click on Fix selected.

Step 20 - Click Save scan log... in the upper left corner.

Step 21 - Name the txt file to "scan2" and click Save. NOTE: Save to an easily accessible location on the PC, such as on the desktop.

Step 22 - After that, close the program and send us the "scan2" log file created..
