How to Configure Subscription - 2016

Step 1 - Open Microsoft Outlook 2016 and Click 'File';
Step 2 - Click on Options;
Step 3 - Click Email;
Step 4 - Click Signatures;
Step 5 - Create a new signature by clicking on 'New';
Step 6 - Give this signature a name;
Step 7 - Select the email to which the signature will be linked in 'Email account';
Step 8 - Select the signature;
Step 9 - Edit the text that will be included in the signature;
Step 10 - Select the signature that will go to 'New Messages' and 'Reply/Forwarding';
Step 11 - Finish by clicking OK;
